What is 1:1 Yoga Mentoring?
1:1 Yoga Mentoring is a program I put together to work specifically with you for three sessions (or more). Over these three sessions we take the time to explore more deeply into your Yoga practise and what you would like from it. After the first session you are given a small program to take home, which we develop together and build on at each session. Providing you with strong foundations to work from and feel confident to get on your mat at home.
Why book in for 1:1 Yoga Mentoring?
To receive expert & professional advice to help you move safely on your Yoga mat for your body.
So you can learn practises to take home & off your mat, allowing you to take a little bit of Yoga into everyday.
To have the opportunity to ask all those questions running through your head during class, that you *think* might be too silly to ask out loud (don’t worry, they really aren’t!).
Who is 1:1 Yoga Mentoring for?
You, if you are returning to Yoga or beginning Yoga after and injury and would like to get to know some of the basics in a 1:1 setting.
You, if you would like to deepen your Yoga practise, and create a program to to practise Yoga away from class that energises and excites you.
You, if you simply didn’t make the bookings for Term 3 but really want to work with me in Mawson Lakes.
Two types of packages are available for both Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. These packages are available in Mawson Lakes and can be altered for a couple or small group (maximum 4 participants, please get in contact here for larger groups and workplace and sporting group rates).
In Your Private Yoga sessions you will:
Break down the basics of your chosen Yoga style.
Learn how to get more out of your Yoga practice, whether that be in a class or in a home practice.
Undertake an individualised program to deepen your Yoga knowledge and practice.
Undertake a transformation in your confidence on the mat.
Current times for private Yoga Classes are Sundays and Wednesday nights, please enquire if these times do not suit, as alternative times may be negotiated.
All private sessions will be held in Mawson Lakes at my current teaching location.
You will have 8 weeks to use your package once purchased.
You will be sent a link to schedule your classes once you have purchased the package.
